Regular meditation / vibroacoustic therapy practice changes brain connections and increases grey matter, according to research utilizing MRI and EEG techniques. In a vibroacoustic therapy session, sound therapy is combined with chakra balancing, energy and meridian cleaning, and nurturing of the body, mind, and emotions. Every session is different, with an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation to support you in developing a deeper relationship with yourself and lessening everyday stress. Individual in-person
sessions begin at $75 for an hour session
(travel expenses included).
In-Person Group
sessions require a minimum of six people
and start at $40 for an hour session
(Travel expenses are waived for group sessions).
A sound bath with metal and crystal singing bowls is a meditation session where participants listen to the calming sounds produced by these bowls. The bowls are played to create harmonious tones and vibrations, promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
